1.8. Os jogadores devem cumprir as exigências da Administração e os regulamentos deste acordo.

1.9. Toda a responsabilidade é do proprietário da conta, independentemente de quem está comprometendo a ação usando sua conta.

1.10. Todos os jogadores devem monitorar eles mesmos um software proibido pelas regras do parágrafo 3.1 nos computadores que acessam os servidores do jogo.

1.11. O usuário do serviço tem o direito de fazer uma reclamação no endereço de e-mail, fornecendo provas de violações (screenshots, vídeos) quando outros jogadores violarem estas regras contra este usuário.

1.12. As contas e todo seu conteúdo são de propriedade da administração do servidor.

2.4. It is forbidden to interfere in the work of the Administration.
Punishment: from character blocking for a day to blocking of all accounts of the breaker.

2.5. It is forbidden to wrangling and contesting of actions of the Administration.
Punishment: at the discretion of the Administration.

2.6. It is forbidden to cheat on the Administration.
Punishment: from blocking on a day to blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server.

2.7. It is forbidden to publish conversations with the Administration or its content without prior coordination.
Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts.

2.8. It is forbidden to discuss the penalty imposed by the Administration.
Punishment: at the discretion of the Administration.

2.9. The administration does not interfere with gameplay, except for cases of violation of the rules, doing the planned activities and ongoing work.

2.10. It is forbidden to spread rumors and slander about the server and the Administration.
Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts.

 

3. Using programs, gameplay

3.1. It is forbidden to use programs that simulate the presence of a player in the game or disrupt the normal functioning of the server software (also forbidden to keep running these programs when you play on the server). By such ones mean the programs change the client or its substitute and modifying or facilitate the gameplay by non-play methods.
Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts.

3.2. Unapproved access to someone else's gaming account is forbidden.
Punishment: blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server.

3.3. It is forbidden to threat other players, if the threat is not part of role-play.
Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts.

3.4. It is forbidden to send in common chat messages that infringe the laws of the Russian Federation.
Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts.

3.5. It is forbidden to sell or buy any game items (adena, kinar, gold, weapons, armor, resources, etc) for the real money, as well as equal to them "electronic payment funds" (WebMoney, YandexDengi, etc.). Sale of game characters and (or) accounts is forbidden for any non-gaming value. It is forbidden to mention or to conduct a discussion of such transactions in the game, on the forum, as well as on a third-party resources.
Punishment: blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server.

3.6. It is forbidden to exchange between servers any game items (adena, kinah, gold, weapons, armor, resources, etc.). Exchange game characters and (or) accounts is forbidden in any form, including within a single server. It is forbidden to mention or to conduct a discussion of such transactions in the game, on the forum, as well as to third-party resources.
Punishment: blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server.

3.7. It is forbidden to directly or indirectly advertise other online games, any other foreign projects.
Punishment: blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server.

3.8. It is forbidden to publish the contents of a private conversations (in private) with anyone without the prior approval (exception is reporting about violation of the rules by another player).
Punishment: from blocking chat for 24 hours to blocking of all accounts on the forum and server.

3.9. It is forbidden to directly or indirectly advertise sexual services and/or materials of erotic (pornographic) kind.
Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts.

3.10. Any manifestations of racism and nationalism is forbidden.
Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts.

 

4. The use of server errors (bugs)

4.1. It is forbidden to use server errors (bugs).
Punishment: at the discretion of the Administration.

4.2. If you find a server error (bug), you must report it to any member of the Administration.

 

5. Communication, naming

5.1. It is strictly forbidden to use foul language and insulting of the players in the game and on the forum.

5.2. Clan names, abbreviations of clans, character names, titles, insulting other players or simply containing vulgar language are unacceptable.

5.3. When you create a character name it must not contain the reserved words: GM, Administrator and the names of the representatives of the Administration, previously used and the present.

5.4. It is forbidden to give yourself out as the Administration or representative of the Administration.

6. Addition of the rules

6.1. These rules may be supplemented without notice.

6.2. The administration has the right to choose the punishment, based on the situation of violation of these rules. The punishment may be lowered or increased.
