PK System
In the game, you can attack any characters outside of safe zones. To attack a character, hold the Ctrl key (this is called a forced attack). If you kill a non-hostile player (their name is white and they do not retaliate), your character becomes a PK (Player Killer). PK characters receive penalties that make gameplay more difficult.
✧ Karma: Killing players or their pets grants karma. Normally, karma is 0. If karma drops below 0, the character is considered a PK and corresponding penalties are applied.
✧ PvP: If characters attack each other and one defeats the other, the PvP counter increases. This counter does not increase during duels, Olympiad matches, or sieges. The PvP count does not affect the character.
✧ PK: If you attack and kill a non-hostile player, your PK counter increases by 1 and you receive a certain amount of karma.
Karma gain: For each player kill, you gain karma based on the formula: 100 × current PK count
Example: with 8 PK, your next kill will grant 900 karma.
